Text a command

BAL, PRICE GOLD, BUY SPY 20, SELL GOLD ALL. Amounts are in US dollars, and fractions of a share are fine.

Confirm with your PIN

Every trade is restated first. Reply YES and your PIN within 2 minutes. Three wrong PINs pause trading.

2 of 3 operators approve

The SMS operator proposes the trade on the ledger. It runs only when an independent checker confirms the price and your limits, through BitSafe's Decentralization Manager.

The vault's three operators

Your money sits in a vault that no single operator controls. Any 2 of the 3 can approve; one alone can't.

  • Price checker (node 2) checking
    Refuses trades at off-market prices, on its own price data.
  • Risk checker (node 3) checking
    Checks limits and holds phone changes for 24 hours against SIM swaps.
